We develop and deliver games, simulations, activities and exercises in a workshop environment. We put the participants in situations where they have to take action order to achieve a goal. This is what experiential learning is all about. We can deliver a simple one hour talk or a more complex 24 month leadership development program, and every type of sessions in between. We start by understanding the goals, recommending features, and estimating the efforts to delivers.

1. I’m looking for a workshop on specific topic.
We have developed a series of workshops based on the requirements of companies.
If your requirements are more unique, we can develop a customized workshop for you. All our sessions are modular and can mixed and matched in order to achieve a certain goal.
2. My budget is aligned with my expectations.
There are many companies that can deliver workshops for a budget in the RM2500 per day range (or less). But our approach is more unique and elaborate.
We design our workshops specifically for clients who have higher expectations for results. Given that our workshop delivery is robust and critical to the success of our training projects, a workshop have budgets starting around RM 12000 per day and ranging up to six figures for a whole program consisting of multiple workshops.
3. I’m looking for a long-term training program
Right Eye Leadership Development Program is delivered over a period of between 12 to 24 months. The program will consist of workshops, seminars, talks, action projects and leadership challenges. The program will also include online learning as well as a program management service.
