A workshop based on experiential learning should create learning opportunities through action and reflection
Experiential Learning
Experiential learning is the process of learning through experience and reflection. In Right Eye sessions, participants are put through a series of games, exercises, simulations and activities. These sessions can run from a few minutes to even a whole day of total immersion.

Games
Games have one objective which is to win within the rules of the game. They either play as individuals or as part of a team. Games can be as short as 10 minutes or up several hours.
Activities
Activities are controlled situations where Learners will have to complete an assignment based on specific criteria or templates.
Simulations
Simulations reenact real situations in the training room. Learners will learn alternative ways of responding to situations which they can apply should it happen for real.
Exercises
The objective of exercises is to develop Learners in a particular area of skills. Exercises are repetitive in nature and require the Learners to demonstrate a high level of proficiency.
