Leadership Development Programs must challenge its participants to get out of their comfort zone
Right Eye Leadership Programs creates opportunities to learn through games, simulations, activities and exercises.
Leadership Development are typically delivered over a period of twelve to twenty-four months and will consist of multiple sessions which can include workshops, seminars and talks. There will also be a series of projects that has to be undertaken by the participants.
That’s the number of events we have conducted over the years.
Workshops are scheduled throughout the program as part of sharing and experiencing new knowledge.
Action Projects will be assignments which gives the participant the opportunity to participate in a team environment.
Leadership Challenges are undertaken either as a team or as an individual. The challenges are designed to test the participant's ability to act on what they have learnt.
Personal Mastery focuses on the leader's self discovery and includes reflections on values and ideals, vision and principles.
Business Mastery introduces the leader to overall business concepts including marketing, finance, management skills, fulfilment and lead (or sales) management.
The leader will understand principles of team dynamics, team evolution and development and be able to apply their leadership skills in pushing teams to the next level of excellence.
