About This Workshop
This workshop is designed to support project team at the end of the project and will address lessons learnt at a project level as well as at personal level. Plans and strategies developed at the Kick Off Session will be re-examined to acknowledge expectations and assumptions which became true and understand shortcomings which could be used for future projects.
